To reset your password, go to www.formworks.uk.comand select the Forgot Password? link. Next, type your email address into the email field and then select the Send Recovery Link button. An email will then be sent to your email address with further instructions to reset your password.
An administrator user can also request a password reset for you via the portal.
Only the latest email containing the password reset link will be valid for use.
